WINDHAM CONCERT BAND 2026 SEASON FACT SHEET
CONCERTS: The band plays music the whole family can enjoy! Programs typically include patriotic marches, classic band literature, popular tunes, folk songs, and Broadway show tunes. We provide a concert that is generally 90 minutes in length and occasionally features solo performers.
SCHEDULE: Concerts may be scheduled from the last week of June through the first week of August. You will be asked to select an alternate location or alternate date in case of rain or
excessive heat.
CONCERT LOGISTICS: Local sponsors are asked to provide a concert location, 85 chairs, and access to a power supply. Sponsors are also responsible for local publicity. A minimum of 60 minutes set up time is required before the concert. If available, please provide an American Flag for the playing of our National Anthem.
RESERVATIONS: All bookings will be made on a “first come, first served” basis. We urge early reservation of dates. Confirmation will be made only after the reservation form is received! The band typically schedules 7 to 9 concerts per season throughout Windham,
Hartford and Tolland counties.
COST: $600 per performance of an 80 to 90-piece concert band.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is requested before or at the time of performance. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied when the concert is canceled on both the originally scheduled date and the alternate rain or excessive heat date or at the alternate site.
