WINDHAM CONCERT BAND
2024 SEASON FACT SHEET
CONCERT FORMAT: We provide a band concert, generally 90 minutes in length. Programs typically include traditional concert band literature such as marches, overtures, folk songs, and show tunes, with occasional featured soloist performers.

REQUIREMENTS: Local sponsors are asked to provide a concert location, 60 chairs, and access to a power supply. Sponsors are also responsible for local publicity. A minimum of 60 minutes set up time is required before the concert. WCB representatives will arrive at least 1 hour prior to concert time to begin set up. Applicable social distancing requirements will be followed.
RESERVATIONS: All bookings will be made on a “first come, first served” basis. We urge early reservation of dates. Confirmation will be made only after the reservation form is received! The band schedules 4 to 7 concerts per season throughout Windham and Tolland counties.
SCHEDULE: Concerts may be scheduled from the last week of June through the first week of August. You might want to also schedule an alternate rain or excessive heat date.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is requested before or at the time of performance. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied when the concert is cancelled on both originally scheduled date and the alternate rain/excessive heat date.
