Dr. Kristin Mozeiko currently resides in Ashford CT on Ashford Lake as a recent transplant from Brooklyn NY where she lived and worked for 20 years. She spent the majority of her musical and teaching career at Queens College working with undergraduate and graduate music educators, future conductors, and growing/directing the Queens College wind ensemble. She has been an active clinician, festival adjudicator, and has provided workshops and classes in several states, nationally and internationally. Dr. Mozeiko is an AmSAT certified Alexander Technique teacher and holds degrees in music education (BM), French horn performance (MM) and music education (DMA). Her research and writing has focused on diversity in education and integrating healthy musicianship with music education/performance. Dr. Mozeiko is a member of the National Association for Music Education, the New York State School Music Association, AmSAT, Women Band Directors International, CBDNA, and IMTE (Instrumental Music Teacher Educator).
